Job Summary The Events Specialist role is responsible for ensuring seamless event execution, providing sales support, and performing administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up communications • Monitor event budgets and track expenses • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred • 1-2 years of experience in events coordination, hotel operations, or a related field • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Able to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
