As a member of the growing Meetings & Events Team at our Corporate Headquarters, the Meeting and Events Specialist will assist with the coordination, planning, and execution of the company’s meetings from conception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity with room for growth for someone that is a professional team player, has a high attention to detail, is extremely organized and accurate, and has a passion for learning more within the event and hospitality industry. • Oversee the entire event lifecycle including research, sourcing and site selection, contract negotiation, agenda development, event website management and communication, F&B planning, A/V coordination, onsite event execution, vendor management, event logistic document creation, budget and post event cost reconciliation, and more.
