How You Will Contribute: The Rental and Event Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our community center's rentals, events, meetings, and functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing these events, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and execute rentals, events, meetings, and functions • Manage event budgets and ensure efficient use of resources • Supervise facility attendants, AV/production contractors, caterers, volunteers, and peers • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Parks or related field, or equivalent experience • At least 2 years of related experience and/or training, with 12-18 months of management experience • Valid Florida Operators Driver's License and First Aid/CPR certification
