The Meetings & Events Coordinator will work within a collaborative team to support the planning and execution of a variety of internal and client facing events, office parties and social events, and coordinate corporate gifting. The Meetings & Events Coordinator will provide event support from conception through execution. • Other Meetings and Events – Provide support in planning and execution as needed for larger events such as the annual holiday party, summer party, and ski trip. • Additional Event Support: • Training Programs and Recruiting Events – Assist with various events and programs across the U.S., ranging in size from 25 - 300+ people. • 1 year of substantive relevant experience required.
