• Responsibilities for all events include, but are not limited to facility negotiation and booking, budget management, event promotion and marketing, registration, staff management, event-day logistics, and post-event reporting to... leadership. • Work with the education and marketing teams to plan and execute the annual HAA Education Conference & Expo hosted at NRG Center, which includes educational components and a trade show. • Plan and execute two annual events to raise funds for the HAA Political Action Committee. • Create promotional materials for marketing of programs and events and contribute to monthly publication and website. • Work with more than 100 sponsors of the various general events and execute sponsorship packages at Sponsorship Auctions.
