Project Manager Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management of meetings and events, including timelines, logistics, and on-site executionBuild strong client relationships; support sourcing, destination research, program design, and communicationsNegotiate and manage vendors, travel, transportation, venues, and program specificationsDevelop, track, reconcile, and report budgets, invoices, and post-event outcomes

Project Manager Qualifications

CMP certification strongly preferredMinimum 5 years of corporate meetings/incentive planning and client management experienceExperience sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing hospitality/travel operations preferredFully remote role requiring ~40% domestic/international travel, including some weekendsMust have a valid passportProficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with event tech and project tools (e.g., Cvent, Slack, Monday.com)
