A DC-based association management company is looking for a versatile, detailed-oriented and energetic association professional with meeting planning experience to join our growing team! If you are able to handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously and work independently as well as in a collaborative environment across internal departments in a fast-paced environment – you are invited to apply! ); • Managing meeting website, calendar of events, and event app; • Contribution to designing event brochures, printed and online ads, and other marketing materials; • Creating, scheduling, and distributing meeting email blasts via email marketing platform (MailChimp, Constant Contact, or a similar one); • Post-meeting survey management; • CEUs (continuing education units) management; • Onsite meeting support • Attend and provide hands-on assistance at clients' events as needed. • Ability to handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously and work independently as well as a collaborative environment across internal departments in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to work across internal departments is a must.
