We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Membership and Events Coordinator to manage all aspects of membership, exhibits, sponsorships, and administrative duties for a portfolio of professional association clients. Event Planning Support: • Assist with conference/meeting logistics - venue, registration, attendee resources • Coordinate onsite staff requirements and prepare attendee materials • Manage scholarship program - promotions, application process, awards Administrative Duties: • Update client databases and systems with payment and contact information • Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and board meeting support • Manage email communications and general association mailings • Other administrative tasks to support the associations as needed
