Membership and Events Manager

This position is a team player, always displaying appropriate body language and a positive attitude towards museum members and staff team members. Under the direction of the Director, manage the day-to-day operations of the membership department, including: • Onsite sales at the ticket counter. Onsite Sales • Collaborate with the Guest Relations team for scripting, selling, entering, and fulfillment of memberships sold onsite. • Set onsite sales goals for the team with the direction of the Director. Online Sales • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure the website is up to date and reflective of current levels, campaigns, or promotions.
