Job Title: Membership and Special Events Manager The Membership and Special Events Manager will oversee all aspects of our annual pass program, including membership sales, database maintenance, and event planning. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in marketing, public relations, and events management. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement membership sales strategies to increase revenue and retention rates • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership databases, including processing memberships, renewals, and cancellations • Plan and execute special events, such as fundraising galas, member appreciation events, and community outreach programs • Create and distribute event promotional materials, including posters, social media posts, and press releases • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions Work Environment:
