Mobile Coffee Cart Event Lead

Villette is looking for an experienced Mobile Coffee Cart Event Lead to independently manage coffee service at weddings, corporate gatherings, private celebrations, pop-ups, and brand activations throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach.

This is not a traditional café position. It is an active, hands-on role involving event preparation, transportation, setup, guest service, team leadership, and breakdown. You will serve as Villette’s primary representative on-site and be responsible for delivering a polished, organized experience from arrival through departure.

What You’ll Do:

Craft espresso drinks (lattes, americanos, cappuccinos, etc.) with speed and consistency
Greet guests, take orders, while delivering warm, friendly service
Pack, manage, and restock inventory before and after events
Transport coffee cart equipment and supplies to events (must have a reliable vehicle)
Lift and load up to 70 lbs, including cart components, tables, and containers
Set up and break down the mobile coffee cart at each event location
Maintain a clean, organized service area and follow all health & safety guidelines
Event shifts are offered based on bookings, and team members may choose the shifts that fit their availability. Hours are not guaranteed and will vary from week to week.

What You’ll Need:

Previous barista experience is preferred; training available.
Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license (this is essential!)
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Excellent communication skills and a warm, outgoing personality
Ability to work independently and handle high-volume service
Flexible schedule, especially on weekends and early mornings
Experience in event setup, logistics, or food service is a bonus
