What You’ll Do: • Oversee food operations such as scheduling the staff and their days off, plotting out areas where to operate, and ensuring that all legal permits and licenses are up to date. • Ensure that all the staff is aware of the food preparation procedures and that they meet necessary sanitary requirements. • Audit food trucks to ensure they meet identified operational standards, food safety standards, and labor laws. Motivate and support stores to execute those plans.
