Overview

We are seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our Motorcoach retail tour department. The Retail Tour Coordinator is responsible for creating, marketing, and selling our curated, multi-day, and day-trip Motorcoach tours to the general public. This role involves itinerary development, supplier negotiations, and providing exceptional customer service to travelers from booking to return.

Job Responsibilities:

Retail Sales & Service: Actively sell tour packages to retail customers via phone, email, and in-person, achieving individual and departmental sales goals.
Logistics Coordination: Book and confirm all components of the tour, including Motorcoach transportation, hotel accommodations, attractions, meal venues, and local guides.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage client inquiries, process bookings, handle payments/invoices, and send pre-tour documentation (itineraries, luggage tags).
Supplier Relations: Negotiate rates and terms with hotels, attractions, and restaurants to maximize profit margins.
Marketing: Producing, proofreading, and distributing tour brochures, flyers, and digital marketing materials.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or complaints during the sales process or while the tour is in progress.
Tour Planning & Development: Research, develop, and cost out new, engaging, and innovative Motorcoach tour itineraries.
Maintain strong social media presence.
Attend networking and event functions to promote Miller tour travel.
Any other tasks as assigned.
