M&S Event Mission Manager (Mid-Level)

The M&S Event Mission Manager will support the mission of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Engineering Directorate Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Office to test the Missile Defense System (MDS) in a distributed Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation environment, including MDS Ground Test (GT) events and MDS Flight Test support (pre-mission risk reduction, mission execution team training, and post-flight reconstruction), as well as M&S development and test support to other Department of Defense (DoD) Partners. Provide strategic planning support for MDS Test Events, Framework M&S and element M&S risk reduction activities. Maintain management awareness of planning activities and issues related to development and testing. Participate in MDA planning and coordination meetings Review test plans and test event schedules to evaluate ability to support across activities, with consideration for allocation of resources required within timeframes.
