National Account Executive - Tradeshows & Corporate Events

Job Description The National Account Executive will act as a solutions-oriented leader within the Account Production team as a liaison between leadership, the Account Executive (AE) team, customers, facilities, and internal Shepard teams. Essential Job Duties • Produce Tier A accounts nationally individually or as lead AE on multi-person teams • Consistently execute all AE Best Practices including Critical Path and deadline maintenance, invoice submissions, and on-site duties • Orchestrate show planning to ensure all details of the show are communicated prior to move-in • Maintain customer satisfaction feedback • Delegate tasks and utilize the Account Service Representative (ASR) team to effectively manage accounts • Actively participate in scheduled trainings and huddles • Assist with training and/or mentoring new AEs and Project Managers (PMs) as needed • Meet and exceed all AE submission deadlines and SOP time frames to manage costs and maximize profits on events • Manage financial aspects of event planning, including budget, cost considerations, and invoice per contract • Maintain contact with customers throughout the year to strengthen business relationships • Exhibit strong time management and prioritization skills, and take proactive action in planning according to established Critical Path deadlines • Consistently utilize department technology • Treat all internal and external customers with courtesy and respect, as outlined in our Blue Diamond Customer Service program • All other duties as assigned Shepard is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
