National Events Manager

The National Events Manager will report directly to the Director of Events and will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the events are executed smoothly and efficiently. The primary duties of the National Events Manager include assisting in the planning and execution of national tournaments, determining cost estimates, tracking spending, and ensuring adherence to budgets. In addition to these responsibilities, the National Events Manager will facilitate the review and approval of officials' travel arrangements, manage hotel accommodations for staff, officials, and volunteers, and coordinate schedules for auxiliary events and meetings during tournaments. The National Events Manager will serve as the primary contact for event inquiries, including registration and qualification, and will work closely with other staff members and contractors to enhance tournament operations, including implementing technology improvements. , • Manage on-site tournament operations including setup/takedown and organization of check-in and registration for National Tournaments.
