The Neighborhood Event Planner goal is to facilitate and promote a true sense of community among our community residents. The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and execute thoughtful programming and events that foster a vibrant and inclusive environment. The Neighborhood Event Planner will be responsible for organizing weekly neighborhood meet-ups, personally inviting new move-ins to... gatherings, establishing social clubs, and identifying common ground interests utilizing the neighborhood mobile application to engage the diverse and ever-changing renter population. • Plan and execute weekly neighborhood meet-ups, ensuring a diverse range of activities that cater to different interests and age groups. • Collaborate with the café concierge manager to ensure seamless staffing of the café and assist with concierge duties as needed.
