You'll play a vital role in expanding our reach and showcasing the work of Community Health Workers (CHWs) through public engagement and visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Attend community events to promote Access Health and recruit clientsSet up and staff event tables, distribute materials, and speak knowledgeably about CHW servicesTake high-quality photos of CHWs and clients during events and visits (with signed photo releases)Maintain and update an event calendar, including CHW rotation and monthly submissions to SupervisorPrepare and transport event materials, including "event buckets, tents, tables, and flyersContact and follow up with inactive referrals and complete documentationDeliver or restock flyers and promotional materials at partner locationsProvide office support and complete assignments as directedSubmit timely supply requests for event needsLift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and drive to event locations as neededWhat We're Looking For:18 years old with a valid driver's license and proof of insurancePrevious experience as a CHW and ability to explain the function of Access HealthFamiliarity with Stark County and local resources (preferred)Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel throughout Stark CountyStrong organizational skills with a positive, upbeat, and professional attitudeComfortable using a camera or phone to take photos for marketing and outreachAbility to represent the agency's mission with enthusiasm and professionalismWhy This Role Matters:You'll be the face of Access Health at community events, spreading awareness and connecting individuals with essential wellness services.
