Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Execute pop-up fundraising and promotional events within assigned communitiesEngage potential donors through face-to-face outreach and educationProfessionally represent nonprofit partners, their missions, and brand valuesCommunicate program impact clearly and confidently to the publicTrack event performance, donor engagement, and daily resultsSupport territory coverage, event scheduling, and logisticsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth event executionParticipate in daily training, coaching sessions, and skill development workshopsTrainees receive structured training across multiple business disciplines, including: Strong communication and people skillsComfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environmentsCoachable, motivated, and eager to learnProfessional, reliable, and goal-orientedInterest in sales, marketing, nonprofit work, or leadership developmentNo previous fundraising, sales, or marketing experience required.What We Offer
