About the Role

Crescent Krewe Marketing partners with national nonprofits to run pop-up events in the New Orleans area. You’ll manage these events from first planning call to final breakdown. No event experience needed. We’ll train you.

What You’ll Do

Manage pop-up events from planning through post-event follow-up
Keep timelines and budgets on track
Serve as the main contact for nonprofit clients
Oversee on-site setup, the event-day schedule, and teardown
Coordinate with teammates to staff each event
Solve problems quickly when plans change
Lead post-event debriefs and gather feedback
