About the Role

Carolina Sky Strategies is hiring an entry-level Nonprofit Event Manager to plan and run pop-up events for nonprofit organizations in the Greensboro area. You'll support each event from the first planning conversation through final teardown, keeping schedules, budgets, and client needs on track.

What You'll Do

Manage pop-up events for nonprofit clients from planning through post-event wrap-up
Build event timelines and keep milestones on schedule
Serve as the main point of contact for nonprofit partners
Maintain relationships with donors and supporters
Oversee on-site setup, event-day flow, and breakdown
Coordinate with teammates to ensure events are fully staffed
Solve problems quickly when plans change
Lead post-event debriefs and gather feedback

No event experience required. We'll train you
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Clear, friendly communication
A calm, adaptable approach on event days
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Recent graduates welcome
