Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Non-Profit Customer Representative to join our team at Elite Generations. As a key member, you will work closely with non-profit organizations and community-based causes to promote their missions and create unforgettable promotional events. Key Responsibilities • Set up and execute community-based outreach events to engage with diverse demographics and build connections • Engage in meaningful conversations to foster community involvement and raise awareness for our clients' causes • Identify target demographics and customize marketing initiatives to resonate with the community • Track and report key performance indicators to assess personal performance and event effectiveness Requirements • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse demographics and backgrounds • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Strong self-management skills
