About the position Responsibilities • Verify NPO meets all criteria, coordinating NPOs training schedules and delivering training on compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation, ensuring NPO groups follow company policy on guest service and technical training • Supervise NPO groups and assist with check-in and check-out for non-profit volunteers and Delaware North team members on event days • Track and organize non-profit group contracts • Prepare reports for NPOs on event day, preparing all security badges and credentials necessary, preparing concessions and non-profit group productivity reports after each event Requirements • Prior experience working with NPO groups preferred • Must be self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, eager to be challenged and initiate projects and opportunities, able to implement rules and direct staff • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and basic math skills • Skills in customer service and employee relations • Capacity to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits • Weekly pay • Employee assistance program • Training and development opportunities • Employee discounts • Flexible work schedules • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid vacation days and holidays • Paid parental bonding leave • Tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement
