We have been slowly building up our repeat nonprofit client list over the past several years, while also planning many one-off events (weddings, milestone birthdays, holiday parties, brand launches, client appreciation gatherings, etc) and we are now in a place where we are focused on intentionally growing our nonprofit event list! When the logistics are solid, the run of show is thoughtful, and the right details are handled early, nonprofits get to focus on what matters: donor trust, mission storytelling, sponsor value, and a room that’s ready to say “yes.” Our job is to be the calm, capable team behind the scenes keeping the million moving pieces organized so the client isn’t stuck managing chaos. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow with us—someone who wants to learn the craft of nonprofit event planning, loves a good system, and cares about supporting the people doing good work in our community.
