A Day in the Life

As a member of the NRI warehouse team, you will play an important role in supporting daily distribution center operations. Depending on the position, responsibilities may include receiving inventory, picking and packing orders, shipping, returns processing, inventory management, quality control, and team leadership. You'll work with products from well-known brands while helping ensure customer orders and operational goals are achieved safely, accurately, and efficiently.

MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Monday – Friday

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Saturday – Wednesday

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Wednesday – Sunday

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Starting Pay

$16 - $20/hr

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilitiesPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plusLeadership experience is a plus for Lead positionsBilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

The Must Haves

Must be 18 years of age or olderPrior warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or light industrial experience preferredAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsComfortable working in a warehouse environment, including exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and elevated work areasAbility to follow safety procedures and standard operating processesBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, preferred

Picking, packing, scanning, and processing customer ordersReceiving and stocking inventoryShipping and returns processingInventory control and cycle countingOperating warehouse equipment (where applicable and certified)Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollowing NRI safety policies, procedures, and security protocolsSupporting team goals and operational performance metricsAssisting with training and leadership activities for Lead positions
