Siagel Productions is looking for an up and coming event professional to help manage our office operations and assist in the coordination of Mitzvahs, Weddings, Corporate Events & Celebrations. This is a unique opportunity to join an elite team of event professionals who have a passion for events produce over 500 per year. Preferred Skills: Microsoft Suite / Salesforce CRM / Dropbox / Teams / Weebly / All Seated -Live no more than 45 minutes from Needham, MA - Proven experience as an Event Planner or similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent budgeting skills to ensure events stay within financial constraints - Knowledge of contract negotiation and management - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients and attendees - Familiarity with event marketing strategies to attract attendees and promote events effectively - Understanding of hospitality principles to create memorable experiences for guests - Ability to upsell additional services or products to clients - Experience in fundraising events management is a plus - Knowledge of the local market and industry trends Join our team as an Office Admin / Event Coordinator and be part of an exciting industry where creativity meets organization.
