Job Summary: The Office and Regional Event Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, office budget, and providing administrative support while ensuring an organized and efficient work environment. This position requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills, and the ability to work independently and proactively.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:Office ManagementAct as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a courteous and professional welcome to clients, vendors, and guests.Manage day-to-day office operations, oversee the maintenance of office and kitchen supplies and equipment. Ensure a pleasant work environment; Act as the main point of contact for office staff regarding operational/office-related issues and concerns. Bachelor's degree in business, administration, management, or related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in office / event management or administrative roles.Design experience a plus, including familiarity with software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Canva.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Ability to occasionally stand, walk, reach, stoop, or kneel as necessary to perform office or event-related tasks such as moving and arranging tables, chairs, signage, or light equipment as needed during events.Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25-30 pounds occasionally (e.g., event materials, office supplies, promotional displays).Manual dexterity required for routine use and maintenance of standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.Ability to occasionally travel to off-site locations for meetings, events, or trade shows, which may involve extended periods of standing or walking.Work Schedule/Location & Other Requirements: OnsiteMonday-Friday, 1st Shift (occasional weekend or evening work may be required)Location: Greenville, SC Pay & Benefits: Base PaySalary range is dependent upon candidate's experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the local area.Annual Target Bonus, awarded based on company performanceAnnual Merit Increase, awarded based on individual performanceCompany Paid HolidaysAnnual Leave/PTOYou will be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, voluntary life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and other supplemental plans on the 1st day of the month, following sixty (60) days of employment.
