The duties of the assistant would be calling existing buyers, calling back sellers who are offering their property for sale, pick up calls from advertising, match buyers with properties for sale and oversee the marketing campaigns for buyers and sellers. Sales skills are important too, even though the position does not require soliciting or calling cold leads.
