Position Summary: The Office and Business Services Coordinator provides direct logistical/administrative support for key office functions, including Presidential events and manages the financial, procurement, technology, and administrative operations for the Office of the President. This role work in close collaboration with the Chief of Staff and the two Senior Special Assistants in the Office of the President to support logistical work needed for the office. • Manage invoices, billing, and procurement processes for the Office of the President. • Work closely with the university’s finance and procurement offices to ensure seamless processing of financial transactions. • Works, in collaboration with the Chief of Staff, to optimize service agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality support for the President’s Office.
