Mitchell Financial Group is looking for an individual who desires a fast paced work environment where quick thinking and problem solving skills are needed to adapt to various situations. This job REQUIRES working up to 4-6 evening dinner seminars/events a month averaging 25 per year. Job Responsibilities: • Planning and organizing seminars/events including creating marketing materials for each • Coordinating and implementing projects with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: public relations, special events management, and mass mailings • Scheduling new clients and following up with prospective/potential clients • Tracking product sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data in Excel • Managing supervisor's calendars and appointments • Inputting and formatting data and uploading corresponding documents into company database • Answering and routing telephone calls, and assisting caller's needs • Preparing office materials accurately, including but not limited to making copies, printing, labeling, and organizing • Ensuring office supplies and conference room are neat, stocked, and ready for each day • Welcoming current and prospective clients for their scheduled appointments Job Requirements: • 2 years of proven work experience in an office setting or fast paced customer service environment • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Maintain a high level of professionalism (behavior and appearance) • High school diploma This job offers 50% paid health insurance after 60 days of employment.
