Plan, coordinate, and execute client seminars and special events from start to finish Create and organize marketing materials for seminars and client events Schedule appointments for new clients and follow up with prospective clients in a professional and friendly manner Serve as the first point of contact by greeting clients, answering phones, and ensuring every visitor receives exceptional customer service Manage supervisor’s calendar and appointments efficiently Track sales, expenses, and new business activity using Microsoft Excel Enter, organize, and maintain accurate client information and documents within the company database Prepare office materials, including copying, printing, labeling, and organizing documents Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office, ensuring conference rooms and common areas are fully stocked and ready each day Assist with additional administrative and client service responsibilities as needed 2 years of proven work experience in an office, administrative, hospitality or fast-paced customer service environment Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Maintain a high level of professionalism (demeanor and appearance) High school diploma This job offers 50% paid health insurance after 60 days of employment.
