In this role, you’ll support our team with a variety of office activities, as well as work with our senior Event Designer, to ensure our clients and business partners receive world-class service. Who you are: • Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar administrative role. • You can work full-time Monday-Friday with up to 2 Saturdays in our showroom per month. This multifaceted position involves a combination of administrative support, team coordination, efficient office operations and on the job learning about the wild and wonderful word of the wedding and event industry and how to be an effective Event Designer. • Work as a go-between or intermediary for communications between the sales team and the operations team.
