• Be the owner of all shared calendars; this includes auditing, maintaining, and communicating all necessary information to ensure office and client facing events run smoothly. • Work with outside vendors and the building landlord on general cleaning/maintenance needs and the repair of equipment and furniture; manage invoice tracking and payments. Travel Requirements: SRG has a hybrid work environment; given the duties of this role, this position will need to work primarily onsite in our downtown Boulder office 40 hours a week. • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, and event coordination.
