Office & Events Center Manager

As the first point of contact for many, this role requires both verbal and written professional etiquette and interpersonal skills to support making positive first impressions and building lasting relationships by offering a welcoming atmosphere and delivering a timely, seamless service experience. The role is required to be onsite at the Chamber office in downtown Seattle from Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and will provide occasional support for before- or after-hours events. Event Management • Support external and internal events and meetings in the Chamber’s conference spaces, including the Events Center. Office Management • Provide a welcoming atmosphere and support for guests, tenants, and employees; maintain office space, including the reception area, in readiness for meetings and events. • Lead and provide training for the Chamber's Office & Events Support Team.
