Office & Events Coordinator The Chamber is currently seeking a part-time Office & Events Coordinator. Events • Coordinate, execute, and evaluate monthly and annual events with attendance ranging from 50 to 625 attendees with 1 to 2 evening events per month. Office • Manage day-to-day office operations, including greeting guests, answering phones, responding to emails, updating member information, and handling inquiries from members and the public • Maintain office supplies and refreshments and ensure the office environment is organized and professional • Perform errands such as picking up the mail and dropping off bank deposits • Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks in coordination with the Chamber’s accountant • Coordinate meetings and take minutes for staff and Board meetings Please include “Office and Events Coordinator Application” in the subject line.
