Office Manager (Portland) We are interviewing for an Office Manager with a desire to work in a well- established upscale Interior Design Architecture Firm located in N.W. This is a critical and dynamic position within the office. This position requires a high level of professional discretion and ability to work with diverse personalities. EDUCATION: Five -Ten years office experience with exposure to upscale clientele and demonstrated working knowledge of professional office environments. COMPUTER SKILLS: • Intermediate level: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and QuickBooks • General knowledge of office equipment operation COMPENSATION: There is some potential flexibility in scheduling for this position.
