The Office and Events Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the ALS Hope Foundation’s office and supporting fundraising and events. • Send thank-you and other correspondence to donors and volunteers. • Manage the schedule of the committee meetings. Event Co-ordinator • Support the ALS Hope Foundation’s fundraising efforts. Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Excellent communication skills to liaise with famillies, volunteers, vendors, and team members • Proficiency in clerical tasks such as payroll processing and administrative duties • Familiarity with human resources practices related to event staffing • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism • Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication
