Office Manager/ Event Coordinator

We are looking for an Office manager to establish, organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment in a growing holistic center that integrates the use of licensed mental health counselors, social workers and other... wellness community partners. Responsibilities • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping • Schedule meetings and appointments • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs • Assist with the creation and maintenance of office policies as necessary • Organize office operations and procedures • Ensure that all office equipment is running appropriately • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, community partners, service providers and office lease • Manage office general and administrative budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting • Manage client records and appointment software • Manage client referrals and assist in the intake process for new clients • Manage Marketplace, including inventory, purchasing and pricing • Provide general support to visitors • Oversea interns and relationship with Del-Tech Internship Program • Assist in the posting, hiring and onboarding process for new team members. Skills • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures • Proficiency in use of Apple products • Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers) • Familiarity with various software systems • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and planning skills in a holistic environment • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements • High School degree; additional qualifications with a background in business, social work, psychology and/or yoga will be a plus Pay: From $15.00 per hour
