EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/OFFICE MANAGER A Virginia Beach VA based real estate tech company is conducting a search for a person with business administration skills. Must be an extremely organized, very motivated, a “people person”, professionally polite and kind at all times. Responsibilities not be limited to: \\- Co-organizing daily calendar, including overseeing appointments and deadlines \\- Assisting the meeting a monthly deadline for investor financial reports (CPA will produce the report) \\- Answering incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner, taking messages, clearing voicemails \\- Providing admin support such as writing/editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on the executive's behalf \\- Using popular software, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, updating company website, and assistance preparing reports and/or special projects \\- Tech savy, social media junky, is helpful, or willing to learn FB, IG, Twitter, YouTube, other \\- Training provided for special tasks, software, etc \\- Good driving record and able to drive the owner to some meetings, or hire driver when requested \\- Assist with event planning, or hire event planners, and oversee their work \\- Some knowledge of marketing and promotions \\- Experience to hire other staff as needed \\- Make travel arrangements, \\- Other as needed If you believe you have the experience and are willing to learn, submit your resume to the email above.
