Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-driven Offline Event Operator (NYC) to lead and scale our TikTok Go Local Service offline activations across Los Angeles.

This role is field-based and requires daily on-site execution at hotel venues. You will be responsible not only for running events, but also for driving creator engagement and post-event business development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Offline Event Execution

Host and manage daily creator events across multiple hotel venuesCoordinate check-in, flow, and overall event experienceEnsure smooth execution of all event logistics and timelines2. Creator Engagement & Content Support

Welcome and engage creators on-siteGuide creators through the content-shooting process (rooms, facilities, angles, etc.).Support/track content production to ensure high-quality output and posting volume3. On-site Recruitment & Community Growth

Actively recruit and engage new creators during eventsIntroduce TikTok Go program, campaigns, and incentivesConvert attendees into ongoing active creators within the ecosystem4. Event Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track key metrics per event:AttendanceNumber of videos producedCreator onboarding & conversionProduce structured post-event reports5. Post-Event Business Development

Package event results into case studies/performance decksPresent outcomes to hotel partnersSupport conversations to convert one-time events into long-term partnerships

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in creator recruitment / influencer marketing / sales / BD / community managementProven track record in conversion-driven rolesExperience working in startup or high-growth environments
