This position serves as the initial point of contact for the Ogden Honors College and is the official mainline of communication for the college. Assist the Executive Assistant to the Dean / Business Manager and serves as building coordinator and assets custodian for the college. Front Office: Serves as the official mainline of communication for the Honors College. Train and supervise 5-10 student employees to set up/break down events, maintain receptionist desk including answering incoming calls and greeting OHC visitors in a friendly and professional manner to reflect a positive image for the college and LSU.
