The On-Call/Event Service Staff is a key member of the service team responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences during private events, member functions, and special gatherings at Common House. • Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining, service, and staging areas during and after events. • Participate in regular service and product knowledge training sessions. • Support a team-oriented atmosphere by assisting colleagues and contributing to a smooth flow of service during events.
