We're hiring an On-Site Event Manager to lead staffing operations across multiple event venues in the Seattle, WA area. Serve as the on-site leader across multiple event venues in the Seattle area, overseeing staffing from setup through close Act as the direct point of contact for the client managing communication, feedback, and issues in real time Monitor staff performance and conduct to maintain the highest quality by service on every shift Identify high-potential staff and provide coaching, feedback and hands-on training to develop them into team leads Resolve issues as they arise (no-shows, conflicts, performance gaps) without disrupting event flow Communicate with leadership and keep updated on informed on event status, staffing needs, and client feedback Schedule: Variable — evenings and weekends as events require, across venues Fluent bilingual in Spanish and English Experience in account management or client-facing roles Experience training, developing, or leading staff Highly organized with ability and experience managing multiple venues and moving pieces at once Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills Calm and adaptable under pressure in a live-event environment Reliable transportation to travel between venues We are an equal opportunity employer.
