On Site Event Coordinator

Quill Creative is hiring an Onsite Event Coordinator in Atlanta.

We are a boutique destination management company based in Charlotte and Washington, DC, and our Atlanta market is growing. We are looking for a contract coordinator we can count on to represent us on the ground.

This is a contract, as-needed role. The right person is someone who knows how to run events professionally, takes ownership on site, and carries themselves in a way that reflects well on our clients and our company.

What we're looking for:

Daytime weekday availability is requiredExperience in corporate events is strongly preferredBackground in client-facing roles or client management is a plusComfortable managing vendors and transportation logistics on siteOrganized, composed, and confident working independentlyProfessional and polished in how you show up and communicate

What this looks like in practice:

You will work alongside our team to support event execution across the Atlanta area. Programs typically involve corporate clients with high expectations, so professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication matter a lot. On site responsibilities may include vendor coordination, transportation management, and general program support.

This is a great fit for someone already working in the events industry who is looking to take on more.
