The Onsite Event Ambassador is an individual that provides support to events team throughout the year. This person is onsite at Downtown Des Moines (DSM) Events; including but not limited to the Downtown Farmers’ Market, Out to Lunch, World Food and Music Festival and the Winter Market. The Onsite Event Ambassador is a positive, self-starter and proven team player with interpersonal skills and expertise to work with multiple stakeholders. • Experience working with events & project management is preferred. Specifically in the summer looking for ambassadors on these dates: • Downtown Farmers’ Market: Saturday, May – October, 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. (6 a.m. to 1 p.m. in October) • Winter Market: Friday – Sunday in Nov. • World Food & Music Festival: Friday-Sunday in Aug.
