Onsite Event Support Contractor

We're looking for a friendly, tech-savvy, and reliable Onsite Event Support Contractor to be the face of Webconnex at customer events across the country. In this role, you'll be deployed to live events to provide hands-on support using our TicketSpice and RegFox software. While our core team and headquarters are in Sacramento, California, we welcome remote workers from all over the country. For this role, you must be located in the U.S. and able to fly to various event locations. What you'll do • Travel to customer events (flights, hotels, and other travel expenses covered by us) • Serve as an onsite expert for TicketSpice and RegFox check-in and box office tools • Set up hardware like iPads, printers, scanners, and networking equipment • Support attendee check-in and scanning operations with kindness, professionalism and speed • Manage onsite ticket sales and box office operations • Troubleshoot basic tech issues and ensure smooth execution of the customer’s check-in flow • Represent Webconnex with a friendly, solution-oriented attitude
