Onsite Wedding & Event Kitchen Manager (Seasonal)

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable driving a box truck, and thrives in a fast-paced event environment. Key Responsibilities • Pick up a box truck from the catering warehouse and safely transport it to event locations • Coordinate unloading of equipment, food, and supplies with event staff • Set up and implement kitchen and catering operations onsite • Manage kitchen workflow during events to ensure smooth service and quality standards • Oversee breakdown and cleanup after events • Load equipment and supplies back into the box truck • Drive the box truck back to the catering warehouse following the event • Ensure equipment, food handling, and safety standards are followed at all times Qualifications • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (box truck driving required) • Previous experience in catering, events, or kitchen management preferred • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment with assistance • Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills • Comfortable working long shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays • Ability to work outdoors and in varying event conditions Compensation & Benefits • Starting pay of $20–$26 per hour, based on experience • Seasonal, flexible scheduling based on event demand Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
