At Varsity Spirit, the safety and wellbeing of the young people we serve is of the utmost importance. • Lead Hiring and Onboarding of team in accordance with required compliance. • Coordinate and manage onboarding of new and returning staff for the competition season • Coordinate and manage compliance status of new and returning staff for the competition season • Communicate regularly with staff on employment status and intent to work • Track overall performance, availability, and years of service of staff • Evaluate pay rates for staff based on intent to work and year of service • Oversee relationships with various staff and local universities/groups for event opportunities • Assist the Director of Operational Excellence in managing the goals, budgets and success metrics established for event personnel. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
