This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Atlanta, GA. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing logistics, coordinating event schedules, and ensuring all event planning and execution processes run smoothly. Team Leadership & Accountability • Ensure events and launches run smoothly from planning to completion Qualifications • Strong operational and logistical planning skills, including the ability to develop and execute streamlined processes • Proven leadership skills, with experience in team oversight, training, and mentoring • Budget management and financial planning expertise for events and company operations • Vendor management and negotiation skills, along with knowledge of contract administration • Knowledge of event planning, project management, and risk management strategies • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software is a plus • experience in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field preferred • Prior experience in operations management or event planning is highly desirable
