Operations and Events Coordinator, OSIE

The Operations and Events Coordinator is an integral part of the daily operation of the Office of Student Involvement and Engagement (OSIE), as well as the Division of Student Life. Under the supervision of the Associate Dean for Student Involvement and Engagement, the Coordinator will assist the daily operations of the OSIE, the Trone Student Center, and corresponding events. The Coordinator will collaborate with colleagues in the Office of Student Involvement and Engagement to further its strategic initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, new student orientation, leadership development, student organization management, and student center operations. Serves as a Workday specialist for the OSIE and the Campus Recreation and Wellness department, particularly with student employment and financial management. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor in support of the goals and objectives of the department and the Division of Student Life.
